Dimension Level Data Mod (1.21.8, 1.20.1) – Independent Dimension Weather & Time

In Minecraft, the time and the weather is treated as a constant across all dimensions. The effects of this are not very noticeable in the vanilla game as the Nether and the End dimensions have no visible time/weather. But for mods that add new dimensions with their own day-night cycles and weather, this can be an issue. Dimension Level Data Mod makes it so that time and weather are independent across all dimensions.
