Pickable Villagers Mod will give the player the ability to take villagers into their inventory, preserving their trades and moving them wherever desired. Villagers picked up in this way will remember their profession, level, trades, and name. You can place them back wherever you want in the game world. Villagers can be picked up using a sneak + right-click or a designated key shortcut.

Features:

They can be picked up by either sneak + right-click or with a key shortcut.
Villagers that are sleeping, dead or more then 4 blocks away can’t be picked up.
Picking up a Villagers cost experience.
Trade directly from the inventory.
Baby Villagers can’t be picked up by default.
