In the vanilla game, shulker boxes cannot be opened if there is a block obstructing their opening direction. For a shulker box placed straight up on the ground, having a block over it, will not allow you to open it. Shulker Raise Mod is here to change that. This mod makes it so that shulker boxes with blocks above them will push the block when they are opened.
