Deep Dark: Regrowth Mod is an expansion for the vanilla deep dark biome. This mod introduces two new biomes into the game, along with a lot of new mobs, plants, blocks and even some armor that grants the player unique, powerful abilities. This mod aims to make the deep dark not only a challenging but also rewarding biome even after beating the ender dragon, so netherite won’t be enough. Let us take a look at some of the new features in the next section.

New Mobs
- Stalker: This mob will appear as a statue that doesn’t do anything. If the statue is punched or falls it might break and set free the most dangerous creature in the deep dark. The creature, totally devoid of life, seeks to eradicate anything that resembles its original creators. Unlike most sculk beings, it doesn’t rely on hearing or smelling, it can sense your soul.
- Spreader: Its only purpose is to spread sculk and infection, it roams freely without harming anything unless attacked.
- Sculk Parasite: These creatures seem to have adapted to the sculk to blend in with the environment, they will attack if annoyed.
- Annihilator: These sculk beings have been sleeping for centuries, avoid going near them during night time, unless you want to wake them up and get eaten. They eat humans/sculk parasites/infection spiders, interesting fact, since they take a nap after eating if it’s daytime.
- Corrupted Skeleton: These skeletons that can be commonly found in the deep dark are stronger than normal ones, and somehow, they are capable to reform even if they’re beaten into a pile of bones, so you better make sure they’re truly dead!
