In Minecraft, a player’s skin can have two layers. For example, you can add an outer layer to your skin to add a sunglass onto the player’s face. The game also allows you to hide the outer layer. Outer Glow Feather & Lunar Mod adds a glow outline to the heads given in the tab screen for player’s having visible outer layers.
