Some blocks in Minecraft have colors that are hard coded to them (eg: water, fog). This means resource packs will not be able to alter these colors without changing the entire texture. Colormatic Mod allows this. With this mod installed, resource packs will be able to change these hard coded colors with ease. Resource packs will now be able to change the colors of blocks such as water, sky, fog, etc.
