Hell Resource Pack mainly overwrites Netherite items, giving them a whole new look. With this super slight pack installed, the items will look more fiery, whereas the armor makes you look like some kind of Demon or Golem. In addition, they also have emissive textures which will go great during the night, or in the Nether.
