How to Set Up

1. Register a Town (Automatic)

  1. Find an unnamed village or a spot with a village structure you wish to develop.
  2. Simply approach or enter the village boundaries.
    • If HereNavy is active, the town will automatically register under the village name once the village is discovered and named in HereNavy, and its BlueMap marker will be delegated to HereNavy to render using the appropriate custom village icon and the custom name.
    • If HereNavy is not active, you will see a chat prompt to name the town. Type your custom name in chat to register it, and a basic town POI marker will be placed on the map.

2. Configure the Granary (Optional)

  1. Place a Chest anywhere within the 100-block town limits.
  2. Attach a Sign directly next to it or on it, and write [Food Here!] on the first line.
  3. Open the chest and place Bread, Carrots, Potatoes, or Beetroots inside. Any other block will be blocked.
  4. Villagers low on food within 12 blocks will be fed automatically every 10 seconds.

3. Check Progress

  1. Open the Status Dashboard with /town status.
  2. Inspect the beacon icon to see current level, XP, and active beacon buffs.
  3. Hover over task icons (Bread, Seeds, Cobblestone Wall, Lectern, Sword, Iron Block) to check daily progress.
