Verity Add-on for Minecraft

Fan-made Verity-inspired horror addon that adds a yellow ball mob which can be friendly or transform into a powerful, fast monster; independent project created from scratch.

I think everyone has already heard about the popular horror addon for Minecraft by yellow ball. So I tried to make my own version of this incredible addition.

This addon was inspired by VERITY, but all assets and code were created from scratch by me. This is an independent fan-made project and is not affiliated with the original creator. Original on CurseForge

Overview

So the only thing this addon adds is the yellow ball mob. When a player spawns in the world, a box appears next to them that can be opened. After that, the yellow ball itself will appear from it — you can pick it up and carry it with you.

Features

• Spawns from a box that appears near the player when they spawn.
• Can be picked up and carried by the player.
• Friendly form: 20 health units.
• Transforms into an evil monster if killed or after a set time.
• Evil form behaviors: can climb, jump, scream at the player, break glass, and crouch in 2- and 3-block spaces.
• Evil form stats: 1000 health units and extremely fast movement speed.
