It's a tiny mod for VulkanMod changing framerate from 10 up to 500 FPS doubling the limit of the regular VulkanMod 250 FPS as well as changing values to the exact number of FPS you would choose!
Locking your FPS to the refresh rate of your monitor may as well improve input latency while using VSync!
