Classic Swing Animation
Classic Swing Animation is a small Fabric mod that reverts the swinging animation back to how it was in 1.8 or before.
Installation
- Download the latest build of Classic Swing Animation.
- Place the JAR file in your mod folder.
- Ensure you have the correct Minecraft version (
1.21.11). - Load up Minecraft
Dependencies
- Fabric API – Required for mod functionality.
- Fabric Language Kotlin – Required for Kotlin support in Fabric mods.

- Bring back old hit sounds.
- Remove the dependency for Fabric Language Kotlin. The mod is small enough that kotlin isn't really needed.
