Max Protection III
Cap the Protection enchantment at level 3.
This makes it impossible to obtain Protection IV in survival.
If you apply this datapack after Protection IV was put on a piece of armor, that piece will keep its level of protection.
InstallationServer Installation (Datapack)
Go in the main server file
Open world -> datapacks
Upload the datapack in the datapacks folder
World Installation (Datapack)
Press Win + R and enter %appdata%
Open .minecraft -> saves -> -> datapacks
Upload the datapack in the datapacks folder

Upload the mod in the mods folder
