You Thief: Remastered Edition Mod (1.20.1, 1.19.2) – Don't Steal from Villagers

You Thief: Remastered Edition Mod introduces a new mechanic in the village. When players open or break village chests or barrels within a village, nearby villagers will react negatively, increasing their trade prices. This system is based on the vanilla gossip system of villagers. If Iron Golems hear about the theft from villagers, they will also become aggressive. Players will also experience a bad luck effect for one day.
