Summary
Stamina is a new mechanic that lets the player sprint and swim.
The mod
Stamina is given by the current player health, the more health, the more stamina the player has. The current stamina can be seen on the player health bar. If the stamina completely depletes, you'll no longer be able to run again until the stamina partially restores.
A new Vigour enchantment and effect has been added for chestplates that increases max stamina.
