Enchanting System Overhaul Mod is a mod designed to give players more control over the enchanting process in Minecraft, reducing the randomness typically associated with it. This mod introduces a discovery-based system where players learn enchantments by obtaining and using enchanted books. Once learned, these enchantments can be applied to items and books without the need for experience points, using a variety of vanilla items instead. The mod also allows for enchantment leveling, customizable enchantment limits, and optional curse amplification, all configurable through data packs.
