Netherific Mod (1.20.1, 1.19.4) – Make the Nether Your Home

Netherific Mod expands the Nether dimension beyond what the Nether Update offered. This mod adds new mechanics, mobs, items, and blocks to all existing Nether biomes. All the new content is designed to feel like it belongs in the original game.

Features:

• Adds over 50 new blocks, including many for decoration and a few with special uses.
• Introduces new Nether-themed foods like Ghost Peppers, Fungus Stew, and Polterpork.
• Brings back the Nether Reactor Core from old Pocket Edition versions with a new twist.
• Spawns a new ghostly mob in the Soul Sand Valleys.
• Use the new soul forging mechanic to turn regular items into soul-themed ones.
• Craft a unique set of tools using the soul forging system.
• Find new decorations, blocks, and items that expand all current Nether biomes.

Configuration:

• Certain features can be adjusted through a config file and in-game gamerules.

The Nether Reactor is a post wither block which spawns waves of Nether mobs in return for rewards.

Ash & and basalt bricks have also been added!

Lots of new soul sand valley additions, a new “ecto” mob, and a new soul forging mechanic

Lots of new building blocks and some new foods to help make the nether more liveable.
