Totemic Mod adds magical Totem Poles to your world, focusing on nature and music. These poles give helpful passive effects to nearby players. You can also perform Ceremonies by dancing and playing music around them to create powerful magic and change the world around you.

Features:

Adds Red Cedar wood, the main material for crafting Totem Poles.
Carve different animal totems from Red Cedar logs using the Totem Whittling Knife.
Build tall Totem Poles by placing a Totem Base and stacking up to five carved pieces on top.
Totem Poles draw power from the life of nearby plants to fuel their abilities.
Gain passive buffs like Speed (Horse), Fire Resistance (Blaze), and Water Breathing (Squid).
The Bat Totem prevents fall damage and lets you glide by shifting in the air.
Stop nearby creepers from exploding with the Ocelot Totem.
Climb walls like a spider with the Spider Totem’s effect.
Craft a Blow Gun, a ranged weapon that shoots darts with special effects like poison.
Use the Totemic Staff to check a Totem Pole’s current power level and see which totems are active.

How to Use:

Start by getting Red Cedar wood. You can create a Red Cedar Sapling by using a Cedar Metamorphesiser on a regular sapling.
Craft a Totem Whittling Knife. This tool is essential for carving your totems.
Use the knife on Red Cedar logs to carve a Totem Base and various animal totem pieces.
Place the Totem Base on the ground and stack your carved totem pieces on top of it.
The pole will automatically start working, drawing energy from nearby plants to provide its effects.
To perform a Ceremony, dance and play musical instruments near your completed Totem Pole.
