Potions Master Mod (1.21.1, 1.20.1) – Potions for Revealing Mineral Resource Blocks

Potions Master Mod is a mod that allows players to craft a new set of potions designed to reveal the location of mineral resource blocks near their character. These potions can be crafted in three versions: regular potion, throwable potion, and persistent potion. By using these new potions, players can reveal the location of default mineral resources such as coal, lapis lazuli, redstone, quartz, iron, gold, diamond, and emerald. Additionally, if players have a mod that adds new minerals, they can locate copper, tin, lead, silver, aluminum, nickel, uranium, and zinc. Unlike Minecraft’s default potions, these new potions must be crafted in a mortar. Each potion reveals a specific mineral type, meaning that to locate iron ore, players need to use an iron ingot during the potion crafting process. The mod’s creator recommends using JEI’s functions to check crafting recipes for all these potions.

Features:

• Allows players to see nearby ores for a brief period, available in Regular, Splash, and Lingering variants.
• Works with vanilla ores like Coal, Iron, Redstone, Lapis, Gold, Diamond, Emerald, and Nether Quartz, as well as modded ores such as Aluminium, Copper, Lead, Nickel, Silver, Tin, Uranium, Zinc, Osmium, Crimson Iron, Bismuth, and Platinum.
• Requires a pestle and mortar to craft ore powders, which are then brewed into potions.
• Players can combine potions in a cauldron over a campfire, creating unique effects.
• Adds Bezoars (cures poison), Polar Bear Gall Bladders (removes mining fatigue), and Activated Charcoal (neutralizes the Wither effect).
