Ars Elemental Mod (1.21.1, 1.20.1) – Master a School of Elemental Magic

Ars Elemental Mod expands the Ars Nouveau mod by focusing on the four elemental schools of magic. It adds new glyphs for spellcasting and powerful spell foci to specialize your abilities. This addon also includes the elemental armors from Ars Arsenal, which have been restyled to fit newer armor models.

Features:

New Glyphs

• Watery Grave: A water spell that deals drowning damage to targets.
• Conjure Terrain: Places common blocks like dirt, cobblestone, or sand.
• Homing Projectile: Fires a projectile that automatically seeks the nearest living mob.
• Arc Projectile: Launches a projectile affected by gravity that can bounce if augmented with Pierce.
• Charm: Gives a chance to tame a mob, make it breed, or temporarily turn an enemy into an ally.
• Life Link: Shares damage and healing effects with a target.
• Poison Spores: Releases an area-of-effect attack that poisons enemies already affected by poison or hunger.
• Discharge: An air spell that deals extra damage to shocked enemies or those wearing RF-powered armor.
• Mana Bubble Shield: Creates a water shield that uses your mana to reduce incoming damage and can block negative effects.

Spell Tweaks

• The Ignite spell can now melt ice blocks.
• The Lightning spell no longer destroys item drops on the ground.
• Cold Snap deals increased damage to mobs that are freezing.
• Flare will not trigger on targets that are in water.

Magical Equipment

• Adds 4 Lesser and 5 Major Spell Foci to specialize in different elemental schools.
• Introduces 5 types of Bangles that boost spell damage and provide passive abilities.
• Includes a Trinket Pouch and a Spellcaster Bag that can be equipped in the bundle slot and opened with a keybind.
• The Enchanter’s Horn is a casting tool that can be charged to cast a spell on yourself and nearby mobs in an area.

New Mobs

• The FlareCannon: A homing mob that boosts your Fire and Projectile spells.
• The Siren: A farming mob that helps you get fishing drops. Its chances of finding treasure increase with the diversity of plants and animals in its aquarium.

Elemental Armors

• Each armor piece amplifies glyphs of its matching element.
• Reduces damage from sources related to the armor’s element and provides a short mana regeneration boost.
• Wearing a full set converts some of the reduced damage directly into mana.

How to Use:

1. Equip the Trinket Pouch or Spellcaster Bag in the “Bundle” slot.
2. Press the assigned keybind to open them and access your items.
