Better Furnaces Reforged Mod is a remake of the Better Furnaces mod from Minecraft version 1.7.10. It brings back almost all features from the original mod, with updated textures and modified recipes. The main improvement is that it offers even faster furnaces, making smelting and cooking processes more efficient. In total, this mod adds 6 new furnaces, with the most advanced being 50 times faster than the regular in-game furnace. You can also create items called “upgraders” that significantly increase smelting efficiency (using less fuel).
Features:
- Furnaces can be upgraded to higher tiers, each providing faster smelting speeds. For example, Copper Furnace (1.14x speed), Iron Furnace (1.33x speed), Steel Furnace (1.6x speed), and so on.
- Furnaces can have upgrades like Liquid Fuel, Fuel Efficiency, Ore Processing, Auto Input/Output, Redstone Signal, and more.
- Similar to furnaces but can smelt three separate items at a time.
- Change the color of the furnace.
- Change the furnace type to blast furnace or smoker for specific bonuses.
- Some furnaces can generate energy from water evaporation instead of smelting items.
- Turns resulting experience points into liquid experience points.
- Quadruples the amount of each smelted ore type.
