Create Picky Wheels Mod is a gameplay balancing addon for the Create mod that alters the behavior of waterwheels and windmills. Waterwheels now only function if placed within a river biome and submerged in a large body of water, while windmills require open space around them and only generate power in the Overworld.

Features:

Modifies waterwheels to only generate power when submerged in a large body of water within a River biome.
Affects both small and large waterwheels.
Changes windmill behavior to require open space for operation and restricts them to function only in the Overworld by default.
Introduces biome and environment-based limitations for more realistic and balanced Create setups.
