I play Minecraft in 1.20.1 and was saddened that I was missing out on all the great new music released after 1.20.1. I also didn't like how much of the in-game music was biome or gamemode dependent, leading to me hearing the same few songs in my base over and over. So I took matters into my own hands and made this simple resource pack that takes all the Minecraft music from creative mode, the main menu, and other specific biomes (for example, update Aquatic underwater only music) and allows all of it to play in both creative and survival without biome or mode restrictions. I have also added the new Minecraft music that was released after 1.20.1 (i.e. Tricky Trials and Chase the Clouds updates) to this pack so that you can enjoy the new Minecraft songs in 1.20.1-6 without restriction as well!
Note, the Nether and End music will only play in those respective dimensions. However, the couple of songs in the Nether that would only play in the Soul Sand Valley and Crimson Forest will now also play without biome restrictions when in the Nether.
Finally, I also added some popular fan-made Minecraft songs that I both enjoy and felt fit into the game well when played alongside the normal soundtrack. Artist credits and links to just a couple of the included songs are listed below:
- Farlands by Steelman: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x_nRlhcf58U
- Aurora by Avonrift: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XH6e3-aDWXo
The remaining included songs are listed in the changelogs for each file with their respective artist credits.

I highly recommend using a music control mod like this one (https://legacy.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/music-control) to allow you to change what song is playing at any given time for an additional quality of life improvement.
