You May Rest Now Mod (1.21.1, 1.20.6) – Improves The Sleeping Feature With Monsters Nearby

In Minecraft, the game will not allow you to sleep when there are monsters nearby. If you attempt to sleep by right-clicking on the bed, the game will simply give out a “You may not rest now, there are monsters nearby” message. This system is purely dependent on the distance between the player and the monster and therefore has some flaws. If you have a mob outside your base that has no way of reaching you, the game will still not allow you to sleep. You May Rest Now Mod is here to change that. With this mod installed, the game will allow you to sleep even if there are mobs nearby. This is only allowed if the nearby mob has no way of pathfinding towards you.

• Improved the sleep feature when monsters are nearby.
• The “You may not rest now, there are monsters nearby” will not be shown if nearby monsters have no way of pathfinding towards you.
