RLFoliage Mod (1.12.2) – Improve Performance and Memory Usage Issues

RLFoliage Mod is a fork of the Better Foliage mod. It is a client-side cosmetic mod that enhances the visual appearance of the game by improving the rendering of leaves, grass, nether-rack, and soul-sand. The primary change in RLFoliage is the removal of the “Round Logs” feature to improve performance and reduce memory usage. Mods such as DynamicTrees already supersede the point of the “Round Logs” feature, however, even when disabled it still occupies memory. In tests between the original BetterFoliage and RLFoliage, memory usage savings of between 100MB-200MB were gained, however this number will also likely be higher if you play on higher chunk render distances.
