Mining Master Mod adds a variety of new enchanting gems and ores to Minecraft, enhancing the enchanting process. Now, new ores will generate in different biomes of the game world, but unlike vanilla ores, they are not needed for creating items but for applying enchantments to them using the smithing table. Each gemstone applied to a tool will give one level of enchantment, which can be further increased by applying another gemstone.

- Enchanting Gems: The mod introduces 13 new enchanting gems that can be applied to tools and armor pieces on a Smithing Table to bestow enchantments. These gems include Fire Ruby, Ice Sapphire, Spirit Garnet, Haste Peridot, Lucky Citrine, Dive Aquamarine, Divine Beryl, Spider Kunzite, Unbreaking Iolite, and more.
- Enchantments: Each gem grants specific enchantments depending on the item it is applied to. For example, Fire Ruby can grant Flame, Fire Aspect, or Fire Protection, while Ice Sapphire can grant Frost Walker, Freezing, or Snowpiercer.
- Overworld and Nether Gems: Enchanting gems generate in specific biomes in the Overworld and the Nether. For instance, Fire Ruby is commonly found under desert biomes, while Power Pyrite is found in the Crimson Forest of the Nether.
- End Enchanting Gems: The mod also introduces Malachite Meteorites in the End dimension, containing Air Malachite Ore that grants enchantments like Feather Falling, Knight Jump, and Floatation.
- New Enchantments: Several new enchantments are added that cannot be obtained from an Enchanting Table, providing a greater incentive to mine these gems. Examples include Leeching, Freezing, Snowpiercer, and Grace.
