Book-Sign Exploit Fix (Book and quil with all enchants level 32767)

If you are wondering how players on your server are having book and quils with extremly high enchantments, you are probably victim of Book and Quill exploit.
Here is a fix.
It makes no posibility to create bugged book and use it if there is any ingame.
if player will damage someone with this book, it will crash the server (probably because of 32767 lvl knockback), so it can be the case why your server is shutting down randomly.
Plugin is done smartly that makes it not affecting the performance.
It is also logging all players (plugin folder > BookExploit.log) that have used this book or those who were trying to create it.

Here are all features:

• Precise logging of players who are trying to create bugged book and those who were having it and used it.
• Prevents creation of next books.
• Prevents actually created books - they dissapear with any contact with player (when this events happen: Inventory click, tool change, damage event)
• Prevents crashes of your server caused by this books.

How exploit works?
