This is because shriekers placed by a player do not have the ability to summon wardens. Silk Touch Shriekers Mod is here to change that. With this mod installed, a shrieker that has been placed by a player will still summon wardens and the darkness effect as if they were naturally generated. This allows players to strategically use shriekers to build traps and such.
Features:
- In the vanilla game, a shrieker placed by that player will not summon wardens.
- This mod changes that.
