Update 1.3 - The Altar Revamp - is OUT!

 

This mod gives you the ability to pick up pets, keep them as Items and place them back where you want.  

• They can be picked up by either sneak + right-click or with a key shortcut. (default: G)  
• Pets that are sleeping, dead or more then X distance away can't be picked up.  (default: 40)
• Picking up a pet cost levels. (default: 2 levels)  
• Baby pets can't be picked up by default. (configurable)
• Blacklisted pets can't be picked up. (default: none)  
• Pet Altar
  • Displays a list of all player pets and their status
  • Selecting a pet from the list will display the pet location
  • If dead, the Revive button will revive the pet near the altar

Pre 1.3 

• Revive Altar functions as a save for your pets.
  • Right click with a pet in item form to save it in the altar.
  • If the pet dies, right click the altar with the revive item to revive it. (default: Diamond)

Only works on tamed pets.

Allays count as tamed when holding an item given to them by the player.

All features can be disable/changed in the config file (or in the Mod Menu on Fabric).
