Underground Jungle Mod is a mod that adds a new biome to terrain generation. Unlike usual, this new biome is not found on the surface, but underground. It is an underground jungle biome. This new jungle biome will be densely populated with vegetation, even though it is underground. This new biome tends to generate below warm and humid biomes. In this biome, Jungle Zombies can spawn. Just like on the surface, in this underground jungle biome, a temple can also be generated, although it will be inspired by Terraria. If we are lucky enough to find a temple, we should know that its interior will be filled with traps. However, there will also be a treasure chest, but it will be defended by Mossy Skeletons.
Features:
- It introduces an underground jungle biome, which generates below hot and humid biomes like regular jungles. This biome is lush with vegetation, even though it’s underground.
- Inspired by Terraria, this mod adds a rare underground jungle temple filled with traps. Inside the temple, you’ll find treasure chests guarded by Mossy Skeletons.
- Two new mobs, Jungle Zombies and Mossy Skeletons, can spawn in the underground jungle biome. Both mobs can inflict the poison effect on players.
- The temple contains a set of new tools that can mine every block in the vanilla game. These tools are faster than any vanilla tool, cannot be destroyed by explosions, but have lower durability.
- If Woodworks or Quark mods are installed, the chests in the temple will be replaced with jungle chests.
