Tomes Mod introduces into the game these spell books, which can be utilized to active a single spell through right-clicking. Upon activation, the spell will become passive and have continuous effect on players’ combat capability. To choose between which spells players want to inflict upon their weapons or tools, they can enchant these books on the table. If players utilize these spells way too often, however, the durability of the book will soon run out. These tomes will facilitate the players’ journey in the game as they can easily switch between enchanting effects to deal with the difficult situation at hand rather than having to bring along a plethora of weapons.

Features:

Players can craft tomes from various materials.
Each tome can have up to four active spells and three passive spells. Active spells are cast with a right-click, while passive spells continuously provide effects as long as the tome is held.
Tomes are enchanted to imbue them with spells. Only level 30 enchantments can apply active spells.
Active spells use up the tome’s durability, which can be repaired using hearts from mobs.
Different types of hearts drop from various mobs, such as archaic hearts from zombies, beating hearts from villagers, and sweet hearts from witches.
Spells include launching the player into the air, pushing mobs with a gust of wind, summoning lightning, toggling weather, bonemealing crops, taming animals, summoning wild wolves, and more.
