Skay's Overworld Quartz Ore Mod (1.20.1) – Overworld Quartz Ore Generation

In the vanilla game, to obtain quartz ore, you have to make your way to the nether dimension to find quartz ores. Quartz ores are only generated in the Nether, and therefore the only way to obtain them is by searching for them in the Nether. The need to visit the Nether every time you need quartz can be an inconvenience. The Nether landscape is very dangerous and the trip will not end well if not careful. As the name suggests, Skay’s Overworld Quartz Ore Mod introduces new overworld quartz ore variants. The mod adds both stone and deepslate variants for the ore. This allows you to obtain quartz straight from the overworld, instead of having to visit the Nether. The overworld quartz ore variants drop quartz fragments upon being mined. Four of these fragments can be combined to obtain one quartz.
