But this is not the case in Minecraft. In the game, you will be able to run continuously for long periods of time as long as your hunger bar and health bar are kept to the minimum level needed for sprinting. StaminaZ Mod introduces a new stamina player mechanic into the game. With this mod installed, there will be an extra thin bar below your experience bar. When you sprint, this bar will go down and when it deplenish, you will have to stop sprinting to catch your breath.
