Make and give Talismans to players with potion effects.

What are XMaterials and PotionEffectTypes?
- XMaterial is a set of materials available to use as the talisman item, you can find a list here , all uppercase Materials should be valid.
- PotionEffectType is the effect applied by the Talisman to the Player that has it in his inventory, you can find a list of them here , please read the "field" column for the ID to use.
How can I edit Talismans to use Heads?
- Open the /talisman gui, select your talisman and edit item, search for heads and click on the head that you want.
