Sculk Awakening Mod (1.20.1) – Sculk Vein Infection

Ancient cities were added to the game in the 1.20 update, and alongside came a large variety of sculk themed blocks. These blocks have a very dark and beautiful color palette, which makes it unique compared to other blocks in the game. But the beauty of sculk themed blocks are buried in underground ancient cities forever. Sculk Awakening Mod aims to bring the beauty of sculk blocks to the surface in a rather fearful way. With this mod installed, veins of sculk themed blocks from underground will find their way to the overworld surface and infect blocks in its path. Blocks that are in its path will be converted to new sculk theme blocks and slowly it eats your world. The roots are made of sculk shoot block, from which seeds grow to infect the surface. There are three types of seeds – Assimilator, Root seed and Sculk seed. The assimilator has the chance of growing a sculk tree and also infects nearby blocks. The root seed grows upwards and creates roots. And the sculk seed creates processes on the surface. There are also three types of traps waiting for you.
