Vanilla Sneak Mod is a simple mod that allows you to toggle sneak (and sprint) in 1.8.9. Sneaking is disabled when you go into menus/guis. You must press the keybind again to re-toggle sneak if you want to sneak again.
How to use:
The default keybinds are left blank. You can change them in the controls menu.
