Riot Shield Mod (1.20.4) – Sentinel Shield

Riot Shield Mod introduces a new defensive tool to the game, known as the Sentinel Shield. The Sentinel Shield has a unique feature where it automatically blocks any damage directed towards the player or entity that holds it, eliminating the need for manual operation. The Sentinel Shield is built to last with a durability of 2000. However, the amount of durability it loses with each hit is proportional to the damage it prevents, ensuring a fair balance between use and wear. But the Sentinel Shield isn’t just for defense. It also offers an offensive capability. When you run with the Sentinel Shield, you can charge at your enemies. The speed of your charge increases gradually over time until you become exhausted and come to a stop. This charging action does consume hunger at a faster rate, so be sure to keep an eye on your hunger bar. Charging into your enemies with the Sentinel Shield will not only knock them back but also inflict damage. The amount of knockback and damage inflicted on the enemies is dependent on the speed of your charge and the duration of your charge. However, every action has a consequence. Each time you hit an enemy with the Sentinel Shield, it loses some of its durability. So, while the Sentinel Shield offers both defensive and offensive capabilities, it’s important to use it wisely to ensure its longevity.
