Topography Mod (1.16.5, 1.12.2) – Craft Entirely New Worlds

Topography Mod lets you create custom dimensions for Minecraft using a scripting system. This allows for new worlds with unique and interesting terrains. You can make the Nether a more terrifying place with strange land shapes and lava falling from the ceiling. The mod also lets you generate worlds full of sky islands, where each island can have a different biome or be made of random blocks like diamonds or spider webs.

Features:

World Appearance

Gameplay Rules

• Force a world to be in Hardcore mode or lock the difficulty setting.
• Make a dimension have only a single biome.
• Disable player respawning or cause water to vaporize instantly.

Generators and Structures

• Includes many terrain generators, such as Sky Island, Overworld, Cell Noise, and Layer generators.
• Adds vanilla generators for things like caves, ravines, dungeons, and ore pockets.
• Populates custom dimensions with standard structures like Nether Fortresses, End Cities, Villages, and Strongholds.

Commands:

• Allows setting up initial command functions that run when a player first joins the world.
• Lets you run commands on the server when a world is first created.
• World presets can be designed to be unlocked with a command.
