BM: Falling eliminates fall damage on some natural blocks like leaves, offering a safe landing for fearless explorers at the expense of exhaustion. But that's not all: experience more control over your fall, increasing speed and creating a high risk/high reward game when using an Elytra for example.
Falling on all kinds of leaves, vanilla and modded, won't cause fall damage, but it will cause exhaustion as trade off. Some other natural blocks like bushes, lily pads, azalea, or pumpkins will break the block on impact if the fall distance is too high.
With default settings pressing shift while falling will increase your fall speed each time you press the key.More things around that are planned. New item(s): "Potion of Feather Landing" - granting fall damage immunity for a short period of time
Modpack devs can add more fall damage negating blocks via a new tag.
This mod was primarily made for the BM: Exosphere modpack and it's vertical worlds.
