Tricky Traders: The Illusion Mod (1.20.1)

Wandering Traders are arguably one of the most hated mobs in the game. Their random useless appearance combined with their annoying sound is more than enough to make a player lift his sword. Their trades are garbage and their entire existence is nothing more of an annoyance. Tricky Traders Mod is here to add a new aspect of suspense to the wandering traders. With this mod installed, a randomly spawning wandering trader will have a small chance of being an Illusioner in disguise. They can sometimes be Evokers too. Either way, they will appear completely normal, unless you hit them or attempt to trade with them. The only way to distinguish between a real and fake wandering trader is the green shade of their eyes. We will leave it for you to find out the difference in the game…
