Water and lava are the two main interactive liquids in Minecraft. Amongst them, water is a renewable source and lava is not. Anyone with two buckets of water can create an infinite water source generator. But the same is not possible with lava. What if you wanted a reliable infinite source of lava? Lava Sources Mod is here with a solution. This mod introduces five tiers of furnaces into the game. Tier 1 is stone, tier 2 is iron, tier 3 is gold, tier 4 is diamond and finally tier 5 is netherite. The mod also introduces a guide book that allows you to use these furnaces efficiently to generate lava infinitely. The working of the furnaces is pretty simple. You feed in an item like stone and place a heat source like campfire inside the furnace, and the furnace will melt the stone into lava. There are different melting materials and heat sources and their efficiencies are given inside the guide book. The melted lava source can then be collected in a bucket if you reach 1000 mb points inside a furnace.
Features:
- Lava can be taken by buckets or pipes.
- Right-clicking on a furnace with an empty bucket can fill it if there is a minimum of 1000 mb lava in it.
- Right-clicking on a furnace with a full lava bucket can fill the furnace if it has less than 1000 mb of lava in it.
- Tier 1 can hold 2 buckets and produces 1mb/20 ticks.
- Tier 2 can hold 4 buckets and produces 1mb/15 ticks.
- Tier 3 can hold 8 buckets and produces 1mb/10 ticks.
- Tier 4 can hold 16 buckets and produces 1mb/5 ticks.
- Tier 5 can hold 32 buckets and produces 1mb/1 tick.
