Radon Mod can install it on servers without requiring clients also to have the mod. Phosphor can significantly reduce the time it takes for chunks to generate and smooth out frame stuttering when you are traveling over long distances. It offers no-compromise performance improvements for single-player and large multi-player servers without changing any features or behaviors of the vanilla game. The mod is fully compatible with all other mods, and Radon Mod can install it on both client and server without requiring additional downloads or configuration.
