This mod adds two items
Both items that it adds are tools that can be used to harvest glass very fast and efficiently.
The same speed that shears can harvest leaves, this is how the glass cutter harvests the glass blocks. Since the regular game in vanilla, even if you have a Silk Touch Efficiency axe or pickaxe or shovel, mining glass is very slow
