Town Banners allows Towny mayors to set banners that represent their town. Members of the town can then place the chosen banner on their heads with a command. This plugin is a fun way to let players wear banners on their heads (which looks cool!) while allowing towns to distinguish themselves creatively.
Installation:
/tsetbanner
Save your town's banner. Give this to mayors.
Permission: townbanner.set
/tbanner
Place your town's banner on your head.

Installation:
- Download the plugin
- Copy the jar file into the plugins folder
- Restart the server
- Set a banner for your town after crafting it
- Wear your town's banner on your head
