Soul perks is the best free perks plugin. Earn perks of all sorts including
-Jumpboost on falldamage
-Regeneration on kill
-absorption on any damage
-speed on damage by mob or player
-increase damage on kill
- Way more will be coming, enough to fill up this inventory anyway.

This plugin was made for my server in the crates reloaded plugin. That way you may add perks that you can unlock through crates. this plugin can also be used in chest commands to create a GUI shop.
To use this in chestcommands:

In chest commands you can make people pay to use the commands in the GUI. What I would do is make them pay
A simple example would be
COMMAND: 'pex user {player} add soulperks.speed'
PRICE: 100
NAME: 'Buy speed perk'
ID: 264
POSITION-X: 1
POSITION-Y: 1
A simple example would be
COMMAND: 'pex user {player} add soulperks.speed'
PRICE: 100

To use this in crates reloaded:
