What is the sAnnouncer?
sAnnouncer is a plugin that allows you to make automatic messages or pre-scheduled announcements, which you can fully customize to improve your server's performance. You can also create a chat broadcast or tittle broadcast with a simple command. To take care of your users, you can set your own time zone for the scheduled announcements to work properly.

- Configure the config.yml in the plugin folder
(>>/plugins/ItemLottery/config.yml) - Default configuration is automatically loaded upon startup but after modified you have to restart server.
