Pestilent Shuriken. Crafted with Infected Armor Fragment and Iron Bars. Consumable ranged weapon, inflicts poison.

Pestilent Knife. Crafted with Infected Flesh and Stick.Deals low damage, but inflicts poison.

Pestilent Scythe. Crafted with Living Scythe Handle and Infected Flesh. Deals high damage, inflicts poison.

Pestilent Mallet. Crafted with Sticks and Infected Armor Fragment. Very slow tool, works as pickaxe and has built-in Knockback II enchantment.

Infected Armor Fragment. Crafted with Bone, Leather, Infected Flesh. Crafting component for Pestillent Armor.

Pestilent Armor. Crafted with Infected Armor Fragment. Has average stats, a bit better than Iron Armor. Wearing a full set of this armor will make your jump heigh increased up to 2 blocks high.

'Sturdy and heavy enough, to protect your pretty skull from the heavy blows of advanced hostile lifeforms. Probably.'

Shellbreaker. Crafted with Longarms Armor Fragment and Living Scythe Handle. Deals high damage to unarmored targets. From the other side deals low but stable damage to armored targets ignoring any armor/protection effects.

Longarms Saber. Crafted with Longarms Membrane and Living Scythe Handle. Deals good damage, but at night becomes even more powerful.

Longarms Membrane. Crafted with Smelly Piece, Longarms Armor Fragment and Infected Armor Fragment. Simple material for crafting and repairing.

Carapace Armor. Crafted with Longarms Armor Fragments. Has stats a bit better than Diamond Armor. Wearing a full set of this armor will provide increased movement speed and defense while sneaking.

Living Armor Fragment. Crafted with Reeker Fang, Yelloweye Bone, Longarm Armor Fragment and Infected Flesh. It is main crafting material for Living Armor

Living Axe. Crafted with sticks and Living Armor Fragment. Used as icon for mod and as medium weapon. Burns target on attack.

Living Armor. Crafted with Living Armor Fragment and Living Scythe Core. Has stats a bit better than diamond armor. Wearing a full set of living armor will provide faster sprint speed, immunity to fall damage, and allows you to eat any Disgusting Food without debuffs!

Evolution Core. Dropped by ancient parasites, such as Ancient Dreadnaught and Ancient Overlord. Additionally can be dropped by any bosses with 200+ max health (except for vanilla Wither and Ender Dragon)

Evolution Knife. Crafted with Evolution Core and Pestilent Knife. Has average damage and fast speed. Additionally burns any targets on every strike.

Evolution Axe. Crafted with Evolution Core and Shellbreaker. Deals high damage to unarmored targets. From the other side deals low but stable damage to armored targets ignoring any armor/protection effects. Additionally burns any targets on every strike.

Evolution Scythe. Crafted with Living Scythe and Evolution Core. Deals insanely high damage and burns any targets on every strike. For now it's the best melee weapon in the mod.

Evolution Bow. Crafted with Living Greatbow and Evolution Core. Shoots high-velocity blazing bolts, leaving beautiful fire trail. Inflicts burning and high damage on targets. Consumes vanilla Arrows as ammo. For now it's the best bow in the mod.

Evolution Armor. Crafted with Living Armor and Evolution Core. Has stats a bit better than living armor. Wearing a full set of evolution armor will provide super-fast sprint speed, immunity to fall damage, but does not protect you from Disgusting Food debuffs. In this armor press [Sneak] key to remove all effects (including COTH and other diseases, but it also removes a good buffs like regeneration and etc). For now it's the best armor set in the mod.

Flamethrower. Crafted with Flamethrower Core, 2 Flamethrower Parts, Nether Star, Evolution Bow, Flamethrower Tank and Flamethrower Grip.
Being a combination of human developments and parasitic powers, this weapon will unleash hellfire on anyone and anything. To craft in you will need to make many parts. They are listed above. When used, flamethrower quickly shoots with streams of fire, dealing heavy damage and burning creatures. Does not expand fire upon blocks. Uses only Flamethrower Fuel as ammo.

Flamethrower Parts. Crafted with Evolution Core and different materials. Used only for crafting a flamethrower.

Flamethrower Fuel. Crafted with Blaze Powder and Blaze Rod or any parasite material. The better material you use, the more fuel you get. 
(Valid materials: Blaze Rod, Infected Flesh, Fragile Piece, Smelly Piece, Putrid Unit, Fetid Unit, Essential Segment, Moldered Segment, Summoner Core, Manducater Orb)

'This combination of the richest earthen minerals and alien organics is scientifically correct.'

Invasive Compound. Crafted with Diamonds and Infected Armor Fragment. Main material for invasive gear.

Digging Claws. Crafted with Living Scythe Core, Living Scythe Handle and Invasive Compound. This multitool works as diamond pickaxe, axe and shovel at once, but much faster. This tool could save your time and hotbar space. The only disadvantage is it's low damage.

War Axe. Crafted with Living Scythe Handle and Invasive Compound. Deals high damage and inflicts weakness on every strike.

Destroyer Axe. Crafted with Living Scythe Handle and Invasive Compound. Deals both heavy damage and explodes target, destroying nearby blocks. Explosion deals additional damage, making it good for fighting a horde of parasites. But be careful and keep distance - explosion can damage you if too close.

Scout Armor. Crafted with Invasive Compound. Average stats but very useful bonus. Wear a full set of this to have powerfully boosted movement speed, which gives you ability to both eScape and Run from Parasites.

Adaptation Core. Dropped by Ancient Overlord. Additionally can be dropped by any bosses with 250+ max health (except for vanilla Wither).

Adaptive Armor. Crafted with Pestilent Armor and Adaptation Core. Has armor stats worse than Living Armor, but wearing a full-set of this armor will increase your max health with two Permanent Hearts. They cannot be lost, and will be regained instantly after any damge. Additionally they will completely absorb any incoming damage that is lower than 4 damage (this effect stacks with armor defense, making it even more powerful). But remember, you are still not immortal.

'Lightsaber is for loosers, when you have one of these.'

Flesh Eater. Crafted with Living Scythe Handle and Reeker Teeth. Deals medium damage, but has chance to cut off pieces of Red Flesh from victims.

Maul. Crafted with Living Scythe Handle and Yelloweye Bones. Deals both heavy damage and slows down target for 10 seconds on every strike.

Green Blade. Crafted with Manducater Orb and Living Scythe Handle. Deals good damage and burns target for 7 seconds on every strike. Hold this weapon while sneaking to enter Stealth Mode. You will become completely invisible and deal even more melee damage.

Purple Blade. Crafted with Summoner Core and Living Scythe Handle. Deals good damage and withers target for 15 seconds on every strike. Hold this weapon to gain increased movement speed.

Rupter Bomb. Consumable ranged weapon. When thrown spawns a swarm of rupters, which may be good in pvp.

Head Bomb. Consumable ranged weapon. When thrown spawns a swarm of random infected human heads (zombie or villagers), which may be good in pvp.

'Who in their right mind would ever eat this stuff at all?!'

During the parasite expansion on your world, there will be not much food after all. NoCube's SRP Addon will fix it.There are few new food items, that counts as 'Disgusting Food', and mainly it is made from parts of parasitic invaders, so it's dangerous for consumption. Eating any of them will inflict debuffs, such as Poison, Weakness, Nausea, Slowness. Wearing a full set of Living Armor will prevent you from this harm. Additionally press [Sneak] key while wearing a set of Evolution Armor to remove all debuffs. But drinking bucket of milk after eating dangerous food it still cheap and effective way to save yourself.

 

Red Flesh. Crafted with Flesh Blocks or dropped by a creature, when attacked with a Flesh Eater weapon.

Cooked Red Flesh. Made by smelting Red Flesh in furnace.

Flesh Barbecue. Crafted with Stick and Cooked Red Flesh. Upon eating leaves a Stick.

Cooked Parasite Heart. Crafted with Smelly Piece, Coal and Beet.

Fermented Gland. Crafted with Brown Mushroom, Sugar and Putrid Unit (or Fetid Unit)

Moldered Pie. Crafted with Moldered Segment, Wheat and Egg.

Ruptor Soup. Crafted with Bowl and Fragile Piece. Upon eating leaves a Bowl.

Assimilated Soup. Crafted with Bowl and Infected Flesh. Upon eating leaves a Bowl.

Roasted Lumps. Crafted with Bowl and Lumps. Upon eating leaves a Bowl.

Fleshfruit Soup. Crafted with Bowl and Essential Segment. Upon eating leaves a Bowl.

Reeking Ribs. Crafted with Rotten Flesh, Bone and Yelloweye Bone. It can be eaten even when you full, and will provide saturation. Upon eating leaves a Bone.

Alien Burger. Crafted with Pest Bread, Cooked Red Flesh and Dread Leaf. The best possible food.

Pest Bread. Crafted with Rotbone Meal.

Plague Salad. Crafted with Bowl and Dread Leaves. Upon eating leaves a bowl.

Dread Leaf. Crafted with one of shown parasite flowers. Very weak food, the best use of it is for cooking Alien Burgers or Plague Salad.
