VN4's Fresh Wither Storm + Reanimated Witherstorm Detailed | Extract the Obsidian Witherstorm pack to find the Addons folder, there you can find both Obsidian Fresh Witherstorm and Sickened Mobs. Sickened Mobs must be above Fresh Witherstorm, regardless of the obsidian witherstorm order. Obsidian Fresh Witherstorm must be above the Obsidian Witherstorm, otherwise it will cause two set of tentacles to appear.
