Ender Magnet Mod is a standalone mod for the classic item magnet that pulls nearby items towards the player – based on Botania’s item magnet. Since Bauble is not updated to 1.14 yet, you’ll have to wear the ring in your player inventory or hotbar to make use of its effect. (Should be compatible with the mod “Demagnetize”.)
