Animal Bikes Mod (1.16.5, 1.12.2) – Master Your World on Mobs

Animal Bikes Mod adds many craftable and ridable animals to your world. Each of these special bikes comes with its own unique abilities, like flying or special attacks. To make a bike, you first need a saddle, which can be found in dungeon chests or crafted. This mod works in both single-player and multiplayer worlds. Once you have a bike item, just right-click to spawn it, then right-click again with an empty hand to ride.

Features:

Ride over 25 different mobs, each with special powers and uses. Here are some of the bikes you can craft:

Flying Bikes

• Ender Dragon Bike: Fly around the world and breathe fire by right-clicking with flint and steel.
• Wither Bike: Soar through the skies and shoot wither skulls when you use a bow while riding.
• Chinese Dragon Bike: A colorful flying mount that can shoot fireworks when you use gunpowder on it.
• Bat Bike: Gives you night vision while you fly, making it easy to see in the dark.
• Ghast Bike: Shoots fireballs when you use gunpowder. By default, it can only be spawned in the Nether and the End.

Land and Utility Bikes

• Dino Bike: Automatically picks up any animal you run into. Press Shift to put the animal down.
• Pony Bike: Comes in four types: ground, unicorn, pegasus (which can fly), and alicorn (with all powers).
• Iron Golem Bike: A strong mount that attacks nearby mobs when you press the spacebar.
• Spider Bike: Lets you climb straight up walls, just like a real spider.
• Silverfish Bike: Can dig through blocks for you if you hold a pickaxe.
• Squid Bike: Moves very fast in water but is slow on land.
• Wolf Bike: Automatically attacks hostile mobs or anything that attacks you.

Commands:

You can use these commands to change how some bikes work:

• /gamerule animalbikesTerrainDamage true: Allows bikes like the Ender Dragon and Creeper to damage the world.
• /gamerule animalbikesFlying false: Turns off the ability to fly for all flying bikes.
• /gamerule mobGriefing false: Stops Wither skulls from destroying blocks.
• /gamerule animalbikesGhastNetherOnly false: Lets you spawn the Ghast Bike in the normal world.

How to Use:

1. First, craft the animal bike item you want. Most recipes require a saddle.
2. Hold the bike item in your hand and right-click on the ground to spawn it.
3. Make sure your hand is empty, then right-click on the bike to ride it.
4. Some bikes have special abilities that you can use by pressing keys like spacebar or right-clicking with certain items.

Crafting Recipes:

Aside from being able to travel faster in the game, this mod actually gives you something previously un-craftable: the Saddle. The saddle is created after you’ve crafted rawhide, which is 9 pieces of leather. And additionally with this mod you can craft leather from rotten flesh by cooking it in a furnace. Now there’s a little more purpose to the zombies you kill each night.

The saddle is the key component to being able to ride different mobs. You’re not really crafting a special saddle to ride a mob, but rather you are crafting the mob itself. Each one has their own recipe and is actually more of a vehicle than a mob. You craft each individual “bike” despite it actually being a living thing.

This mod does also add a few new mobs you can craft like Reindeer, Flowers, Chinese Dragons, Bunnies, and Dinosaurs. And along with those most of the standard mobs are craftable and rideable.
