Compact Ores Mod for Minecraft adds in a unique set of ores that form throughout the world. These ores are radically compressed versions of regular vanilla/modded ores. Once mined, they will drop their respective standard version ore in a more substantial quantity. It also has a very distinctive (automatically generated) texture from the original mineral block which it’s based on so the players can quickly tell them apart without too much of a problem. It’s a great addition to the vanilla Minecraft mining experience, and overall doesn’t completely destroy the authenticity of this aspect of the game.
